What is this column about?

This column shines a spotlight on the instrumental roles of His Excellency, President Dr. Mohamed Irfaan Ali, Dr. Bharrat Jagdeo, and the Guyanese people in shaping one of Guyana’s most groundbreaking national strategies—the Low Carbon Development Strategy (LCDS).
